1- Timing

Protein drinks are not water to eat when you want, you are doomed to your muscles and when you need protein doses that are important to them; Therefore, eat protein in the morning, during training, or after a period of no more than one hour as a maximum, as these are the basic times when you should feed your muscles with protein doses.

When buying your protein drink, do not try to choose the cheap type; The price differentials between products are not random because the protein powders contain a large amount of carbohydrates and fats in addition to a few amino acids and leucine, which is an essential amino acid that stimulates muscle protein synthesis and growth.

5- Not just for a drink!

Certainly protein drinks are liquid and drink like water, but the powder of these drinks can be used in your daily food; Meaning that you can add more proteins in your natural food by placing a small amount of powder on the pies or dairy products that you eat, this increases the amount of food that reaches the muscles.

6- Get rid of those thoughts

Many athletes think that protein drinks are magic, and they will convert them from humans to mountains in one day. This is definitely wrong. So you have to be realistic and know that protein drinks promote your muscles healthy and strong growth, but within the normal limits; It will not turn you into a giant because it is simply not hormones.

7- Lethal!

If you are afraid of eating protein drinks because they cause sterility, kidney failure and other diseases; Of course, all of these are pure myth. The maximum side effect of these drinks is gassing for a temporary period only, and it is a rare and temporary side effect of protein drinks.
